Our apprentices are part of that from day one.

You won’t just learn the technical side of electrical and mechanical work. You’ll learn how projects run, how teams operate on site and what it takes to deliver work properly. With experienced engineers supporting you and a focus on safe working practices, you’ll gain confidence as well as practical skills.

During your apprenticeship, you’ll gain experience across a range of areas, including:

• Electrical installation and building services systems

• Understanding drawings, layouts and site coordination

• Safe working practices and industry regulations

• Installation, testing and basic fault finding

• Working across different sectors including commercial and residential projects

• Communication, teamwork and problem solving on site

Your time will be split between structured training with recognised providers and hands-on experience on live projects.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. No experience is required.

What matters is attitude.

You’ll need:

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Reliability and good timekeeping

• An interest in construction or engineering

• The ability to work as part of a team
