Mechanical installation across 20 new build properties, including plumbing, heating systems and integration of air source heat pumps. Works covered installation of core systems, associated pipework and final commissioning to support efficient operation within each property.

Integrating newer heating technologies required coordination with wider build elements and careful planning.
